I was born in Michigan, growing up just outside of the Detroit city limits. To say I did not grow up eating healthy food is an understatement. Being the second oldest in a family with 5 kids and parents that worked 50+ hour work weeks to make ends meet, cooking dinner often fell to me; I made a lot of Hamburger Helper and Kraft Mac and Cheese!
As I got older I found a passion for the hospitality industry and became an assistant general manager for a million dollar restaurant corporation by the time I was 23.
A few years later I was presented with an opportunity to move to Los Angeles, California and I could not pass it up! I became a catering chef in Hollywood and prepared food
As I got older I found a passion for the hospitality industry and became an assistant general manager for a million dollar restaurant corporation by the time I was 23.
A few years later I was presented with an opportunity to move to Los Angeles, California and I could not pass it up! I became a catering chef in Hollywood and prepared food for events like movie premieres to prestigious weddings in Malibu.
Then, Covid. Everything that I knew was shut down and I had to adapt to something new. I found work as a private chef and that ended up taking me all over from Las Vegas to the Caribbean.
In 2022 my long time boyfriend and I finally tied the knot and we desired something more out of life; a family. We left our lives behind and moved to Oklahoma to settle down. In May 2023 our son, Grady, was born.

I have always had a passion for cooking healthy food and that has multiplied by a thousand now that I am cooking for my son. I am doing the stay at home mom thing and I know that not every parent has this opportunity so that is how I came up with the concept of cooking Good Food For Littles.
